Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 15, 2026
This policy explains what nadvsnmn.com collects, why we collect it, and what your options are. Written in plain English, no lawyer-speak where we can avoid it.
1. What we collect
Automatically, when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general geographic location (city/country level). This is standard web analytics.
When you fill out our contact form: the name, email, and message you provide. That's it.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
Cookies: we use a small number of cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and to remember basic preferences. No cross-site advertising cookies. No fingerprinting.
2. How we use it
- To improve the site and understand which pages are useful.
- To reply to your messages.
- To send occasional newsletters if you've subscribed (never more than one a week).
- To detect and prevent abuse (spam, scraping, security threats).
We do not sell your data. We do not rent your data. We do not share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Affiliate links and tracking
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links, marked "Paid link". When you click one, the destination merchant may set their own cookies to track that the click came from us. That's between you and them — we recommend reading their privacy policies.
We use RevOffers/Katalys as our primary affiliate network. Their tracking pixel fires on outbound clicks to record the referral.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage statistics.
- Google Fonts — served over Google's CDN.
- RevOffers / Katalys — affiliate click tracking.
- Our web host — server logs.
5. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time (one-click link in every email).
- Opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official browser add-on.
If you're in the EU/UK, you have the additional rights under GDPR to data portability and to object to processing. If you're in California, you have the CCPA rights to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" of personal information (we don't sell, but you can still ask).
To exercise any of these, email us via the contact page.
6. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Data security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We keep messages only as long as needed to answer them. Newsletter data lives with our email provider until you unsubscribe.
No system is unbreakable, and we don't pretend otherwise. We use reasonable industry-standard protections.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for meaningful changes, post a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy or how we handle your data — use the contact form and select "General question" or write "Privacy" in the message.
